Allowed use

You may use Snug to visualize heat leaks, drafts, comfort problems, insulation ideas, savings estimates, priority lists, and AI-generated videos for homes you are authorized to assess.

You may share outputs with household members, property owners, renters, designers, or licensed professionals as planning content, so long as you do not present them as verified official documents.

Property authorization

You may not upload photos of another person's home, private room, tenancy, family members, belongings, or shared building area without permission.

You may not use Snug to monitor, profile, pressure, harass, or embarrass another person about their property condition or energy use.

Prohibited claims and documents

You may not use Snug outputs as official regulated energy documents, grant submissions, insurance evidence, property valuation evidence, tenancy-dispute evidence, or legal proof.

You may not alter, label, or present generated outputs to imply that a licensed professional verified them when that did not occur.

Unsafe or unlawful requests

You may not request unsafe, unlawful, unpermitted, or deceptive building changes, including illegal extensions, changes to shared structural elements without permission, or work that ignores safety rules.

You may not request instructions for bypassing safety systems, hiding defects, falsifying evidence, or misleading a property owner, buyer, renter, insurer, bank, or public authority.

AI, platform, and payment abuse

You may not attempt to bypass credits, scrape the service, reverse engineer private endpoints, overload generation systems, upload malware, or generate infringing or harmful content.

You may not use credits as cash value, sell account access, resell generated capacity without permission, or route payments for third-party services through Snug.

Enforcement

We may refuse generation, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity when needed to protect users, payment partners, or the service.
